The fastest way to get an accurate quotation is to send your travel dates, the number of travelers and the trip you are interested in.
Prices depend on group size and accommodation level, and Kilimanjaro and safari dates affect availability. With these details our sales team can send a complete price the first time.
- Your travel dates, or the month you are considering
- Number of travelers, and the ages of any children
- The trip: Kilimanjaro route and number of days, safari parks, or Zanzibar
- Accommodation level: budget, mid-range or luxury
- Arrival airport and flight times, if you know them
- Anything we should plan for: dietary needs, medical conditions, celebrations

What Happens After You Contact Us
One of our sales team, Clement, Goodluck or Naswira, replies with a written quotation and day-by-day itinerary. You confirm with a 30% deposit, and the balance is paid on arrival.
You can ask us to adjust the quotation before you book. Deposits can be paid by card or mobile money through Pesapal, or by bank transfer in US dollars.

Cancelling 60 days or more before arrival gets you a full refund. The terms for later cancellations are in your quotation.
Visiting Our Office in Moshi
Our office is at Shanty Town near TCC Moshi Branch, Moshi, in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania.
Moshi is the starting town for most Kilimanjaro climbs, about an hour by road from Kilimanjaro International Airport. If you are already in town, message us on WhatsApp first so the right person is there to meet you.
