3 Days Zanzibar Beach Holiday Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar
This will be your arrival day in Zanzibar whether via the Marine port or the Airport, you will be picked up by the driver and take a drive to your hotel for check-in stay and meals.
However if you have plans for the Spice farm tour on your arrival you will be picked up and driven directly to the spice farms and enjoy the spice tour then head to your hotel for check-in, the hotel will be either Stone Town Hotel or village beach hotels on your choice while booking.
Day 2: City Stone Town and Prison Island Tour
The day will begin with the Morning breakfast at your accommodation and then a driver together with your guide will pick you up from the lodging place and head to the Old historical Stone Town , at around 9:00 Am you will start the walk exploring the old stone town for 3 to 4hrs.
You will be walking around the historical, cultural, and architectural town of Zanzibar with a century of history. The tour will take you to different places like the former slave market, then stand at the Anglican church built in 1871, the town's old market, visit the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, the House of Wonder built-in 1883 (Beit-Al-Ajab), Old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian dispensary (Cultural Center) to Maruhubi Palace Ruins through the Living Stone house.
This will then be the afternoon where you will find a restaurant for your lunch and rest for your next tour.
At around 2:30 pm you will board a boat for a trip to Prison Island home of Aldabra Giant Tortoises. The Island has amazing beaches of reef sanctuary for swimming, snorkeling, and beach relaxation.
