Morning :
You will be picked up from your hotel or Songwe Airport early (around 6:30 AM) and we will go for Kitulo National Park (about a 3-hour drive). You will arrive at Kitulo National Park entrance and register, then you will begin on a guided nature walk through the vibrant grasslands, witnessing wildflowers, orchids, and rare bird species.
Afternoon :
You will enjoy a packed picnic lunch at Matamba or one of the scenic viewpoints. After lunch you continue exploring the park, hiking to the God’s Garden viewpoint. Spot elands, reedbucks, and other wildlife in the grasslands.
Evening :
In the evening, you will drive to Matema Beach (approx. 4-5 hours). Check-in at a lakeside lodge or guesthouse. Later in the evening you will have dinner and rest in Matema.
Morning :
You will wake up to an amazing breakfast, after that you will visit Lake Ngosi which is about one and a half hour drive away. You will board a canoe and go on a quest with local fishermen to fish.
Afternoon:
You will have lunch at a beachside restaurant. Relax on the beach, swim, or enjoy optional activities like snorkeling or kayaking.
Evening:
In the evening you will enjoy sunset beach walk and bonfire. Later you will have dinner at the lodge and stay overnight in Matamba.
Morning: Early breakfast and departure for Mbeya/Songwe. En route, you will stop at Mwalalo Hot Springs for a relaxing dip.
