The itinerary begins with an Arusha arrival day, then follows Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti before returning by road on Day 7. Exact pickup and game-drive times are confirmed close to travel.
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Safari Starting Point
When included, we meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer you to Arusha for your hotel stay and safari briefing. Optional Arusha activities are not part of the standard package unless written into your quotation.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park – Elephant Haven
After breakfast, we drive to Tarangire for a game drive among baobab woodland and seasonal river habitats. Elephant, giraffe, antelope, lion and varied birdlife may be seen, but no species is guaranteed. After a picnic lunch and afternoon viewing, we continue to the confirmed lodge.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park & Cultural Visits
We visit Lake Manyara's groundwater forest, escarpment and lakeshore habitats. Baboon, elephant, giraffe and water-associated birds are possible; flamingos and tree-climbing lions are not guaranteed. A Mto wa Mbu visit may be added when confirmed, but Lake Eyasi is not operationally realistic as a casual same-afternoon stop on this route.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Wildlife Wonderland
After an early departure, we descend approximately 600 metres to the crater floor for a game drive and picnic lunch. Zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, hippo, hyena and lion may be seen; black rhino and leopard are possible but never guaranteed. We overnight at the confirmed rim or highlands property.
Day 5-6: Serengeti National Park – Migration Epicenter
We travel into Serengeti for an afternoon game drive on Day 5 and a fuller game-drive day on Day 6. The park supports Big Five species and many plains animals, but sightings depend on location and season. The Great Migration moves with rainfall and grazing rather than a fixed calendar. A balloon safari is optional and priced separately after the operating area and passenger requirements are confirmed.
Day 7: Departure or Extension
After an early breakfast, the standard package returns to Arusha by road, making Day 7 a long transfer day. Alternatively, we can quote a flight from Seronera to Arusha or an onward flight to Zanzibar Do not book a same-day international connection until we confirm the selected transfer.
