Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport and Transfer to Arusha

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for your first full safari day. Your private guide adjusts stops and game-drive areas to recent wildlife movement and road conditions. Baobab woodland and the Tarangire River support elephants, antelope, giraffes, predators and birdlife, particularly around remaining water in the dry season. You continue to your confirmed lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
We travel to Lake Manyara National Park, where groundwater forest, open habitat and the Rift Valley escarpment create a compact but varied game-drive area. Elephants, monkeys, hippos, antelope and waterbirds may be seen, while flamingo numbers depend on lake conditions and season. Day 4: Lake Manyara Area to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we travel through the Ngorongoro highlands toward the Serengeti. This is a scenic but substantial transfer, with game viewing beginning after park entry and continuing toward your camp. Day 5: Full-Day Serengeti Game Drives
This is your principal Serengeti wildlife-viewing day. Your driver-guide plans morning and afternoon game drives—or a longer full-day outing—around current sightings, your interests and the location of your camp. Central Serengeti supports resident wildlife throughout the year, while seasonal areas may be more suitable for migration-focused travel. A balloon safari can be arranged at extra cost when requested and confirmed in advance.
Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
We leave the Serengeti early and continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Subject to gate timing and the confirmed lodge plan, we descend to the crater floor for a guided game drive among open grassland, woodland and seasonal water areas. Buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, hippos, lions and other species may be encountered. Rhino sightings are possible but never guaranteed.
Day 7: Return to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport
After breakfast, we drive back to Arusha or continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport according to your confirmed onward plan.
