Where Should You Stay for AFCON 2027? Accommodation Advice and Booking
We recommend hotels that suit your budget and your matches, and book them for you. In Arusha that may mean a hotel in town, close to the stadium and the safari roads; in Dar es Salaam, a base that keeps match-day travel short; on Zanzibar, a choice between Stone Town and the beach. We book at budget, mid-range or luxury level and name every hotel in your quotation.
Price: from US$75 per person for the advice and booking; the hotel nights are charged at the hotel's rate. Host-city hotels will be busy during the tournament, so this is the service to book first.
Airport Transfers on Arrival and Departure
Your driver meets you at arrivals with your name and takes you to your hotel, and collects you for your departure flight. We cover Kilimanjaro International Airport for Arusha and Moshi, Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam, Arusha airport and Zanzibar airport, and we track your flight, so a delay doesn't leave you stranded.

Stadium Transfers: Hotel to Stadium and Back
On match day your driver collects you from your hotel in good time for kick-off, drops you near the stadium and meets you at an agreed point after the final whistle, so there is no searching for transport in the crowds. We run them to the proposed venues: the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam, the Samia Suluhu Hassan Stadium in Arusha, and the Amaan and Fumba stadiums in Zanzibar.
Price: US$40 per person per match, there and back; US$30 per person for groups of four or more, and US$24 for groups of 10 or more.
Match Ticket Help and Guidance
Tickets are sold through CAF's official channels, and we help you get them. We don't sell tickets directly, but we guide you through the official sale, help you buy tickets for your team's matches, and can arrange the purchase on your behalf once sales open. We also warn you about the unofficial sellers to avoid, and plan your transfers around the matches you have tickets for.
Price: in your quotation, depending on the number of matches and travelers.
Fan Travel Planning: A Plan Around Your Team's Fixtures
A personal plan for your trip: which host city to base yourself in, how many nights to book, how to get between cities, and what to do on the days between matches, from a day trip to a safari or a Kilimanjaro climb. Visa, Insurance and Entry Support
We apply for your Tanzania eVisa for you, help you buy Tanzania's mandatory inbound travel insurance, and check your documents for every country on your trip, including Kenya's Electronic Travel Authorization and Uganda's e-visa if you are following your team across borders. Price: a US$45 service fee per person, plus the government visa fee (US$50 for most nationalities, US$100 for US citizens) and the inbound insurance (US$44 per adult).
Travel Between Host Cities
If your team plays in more than one city, or you add a safari or the beach, we book and time the journeys around your matches: domestic flights between Dar es Salaam and Arusha, flights to Zanzibar, the fast ferry from Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar and the SGR train, with transfers at each end.
Price: from US$75 per person, plus the fares, for example US$450 per person for a one-way flight between Dar es Salaam and Arusha and US$55 for the fast ferry.
Match-Day Fan Host
A local guide who spends match day with you: meeting you before the match, taking you through the crowds to your entrance, helping with food, drinks and the local customs, and getting you back to your transfer afterwards. It suits first-time visitors, families with children and anyone who would rather have someone local alongside them on a busy day.

Fan Clubs, Groups and Corporate Travel
One coordinator for the whole group: hotels with enough rooms together, vehicles for everyone (each carries up to six, with a window seat for all), transfers, ticket help and one plan for the group's matches and free days. We plan for supporters' clubs, families traveling together and company groups.
